Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky have finally sold their sprawling white mansion located in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills stars have been trying to unload the estate for the past five years: they first listed the property in 2017 for nearly $7million, dropped the price twice, then re-listed it in the summer of 2021 for $6.75million.

And this week TMZ claimed that the Bravo staples managed to close the deal on the house for a very respectable $6.1million.

The buyer is Amanda Frances, a world-renowned 'thought leader' on financial empowerment for women and also a bestselling author.

Amanda herself just sold her unique Weho house, which is featured on season 4 of 'Selling Sunset'.

Richards and Umansky, who presides over a real estate company called The Agency, featured the very large home on their reality TV show many times, often using their kitchen and swimming pool as a setting. 

They first asked almost $7million in 2017 then dropped the price to Bel Air mansion on the market asking for $5.95 million in 2020 then months later dropped it again to $5.695million. Then in August 2021 the home was re-listed for $6.75million. 

The mansion is a stunning 6,229 sq. ft., with seven bedroom and seven-and-a-half bathrooms.  

The home's outside includes a white picket fence and specimen trees planted on lush lawn.

The foyer area of the home features checkerboard granite floors and ceilings that extend 20 feet-high, leading into a power room highlighted by a mirror in the Art-Deco style.

The home's living room is centered around a fireplace composed of gilded marble.

The dining room of the house is framed by a crystal chandelier and includes a brick fireplace.

The master suite of the Bel Air mansion includes a terrace, double walk-in closets and a seating area warmed by a fireplace.

A nice place for a four course meal: The dining room has a fireplace and French windows that exit to the back yard 

A bar in the home has a chandelier with deer antlers, while the kitchen boasts marble countertops.

Other amenities of the abode include a pair of guest bedrooms, a gym and an office/fitting room and a home theater where nine people can relax.

Kyle, 52, and Mauricio, 50, who share three children - Alexia, 24, Sophia, 21, and Portia, 13, have been quarantining at their Encino home amid the lockdown.

Kyle is also daughter to Farrah, 32, from her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie, who is also in the real estate business out of his native Indonesia.

They already have a new home.

They spent $8.25 million for a house in Encino in the San Fernando Valley suburb in 2017. 

The Colonial-style mansion is known as the Smokey Robinson Estate, as it is named after the Motown singer who owned it from 1988 to 2002.

The 10,600-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and is gated with a large backyard.  

When their Bel Air home would not sell, they tried to rent it out for a $50,000 monthly rate.

In late 2018, the pair had reduced their price to buy the home to less than $6 million, and were renting it out monthly for $25,000.

Nice place: The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personalities also sought to rent the upscale abode out at a $50,000 monthly rate, then slashed it to $25,000 a month 

A nice place for laps: The pool is long and has a curve in it; and the patio has bricks and concrete with a basketball court in the background

Have a drink: A bar area in the home is decked out in wood and includes a fireplace with a view of the swimming pool

The chandelier in the bar is made of deer antlers while wooden cabinets project a rustic feel
