Pink's husband captioned the photo with an update on his condition for his more than 1.1 million followers.
'Happy New Years, everyone!!!!! I’ve been talking w/ friends of mine, and followers a lot lately about fitness and recovery from surgery,' he wrote. 'This isn’t a vanity post, but one to answer some questions, and hopefully motivate you.'
'As many may know, I just recovered from neck and spine surgery. And I’m not gonna lie, it’s always hard getting back in the training program. In this pic, the left side is my 1st day back in the gym on 11/17. 166.4 lbs and 18% body fat. I call it skinny fat [laughing emoji]. I lost 25lbs from surgery/recovery. Right side on 1/17, 175.7 lbs and 12% body fat.
'I still have 10 lbs to put back on, and it isn’t easy for me. The trick is consistency and what you put in your body. I’m far from a trainer, I just know what works for my body. Clean foods, clean proteins, and clean supplements.'

He went on to say that he has been eating healthier over the last several months and he's been using CBD for pain as well.
He finished of his caption with a message of hope and news that he would be undergoing two more surgeries over the next couple of years.
'Just know that whatever your goals are, commit, stick to it, and you can do it!!!! I’m not gonna tell you it’s easy, or there are any short cuts. Start slow, and stay consistent. You got this!!!! I went though all of this last year after my shoulder surgery, and unfortunately, I will have to go through it again this winter w/ my ankle surgery.
'And winter of ‘23 w/ my hip surgery. But guess what? Knock me down, I’ll get right back up. You can do the same. Screw resolutions, do it for your health, life, happiness, and family. You got it. Have a great year everyone, let’s make it the best yet.'

Hart had a pair of surgeries several months ago. She had surgery on his spine and neck back in September and October which required hours on the operating table.
He previously said he had to get the surgeries because doctors thought he compression-fractured his lower spine 'at least 10 to 12 times.'
Enduring a 30-year plus career in motocross, Hart has undergone at least eight procedures including a spinal surgery in 2014, an unspecified back procedure in 2019 and a rotator cuff surgery in August 2020.
He told Rolling Stone in 2014 'I've broken everything you could imagine,' but above all it's his love for his craft that keeps him going.
'I can't tell you how many times I've been laying in the dirt, something broken, bone sticking out, just thinking "Why the f**k do I keep doing this?" But you go to the hospital, you get stitched up, or bolted back together, and you go home and heal, and eventually you start to forget the injury and start to miss your motorcycle.'
